Our Philosophy.

We focus on Vinyasa and Hatha styles of Yoga. We firmly believe that these methodologies provide a great means of improving our overall health. Vinyasa and Hatha heavily emphasize intentional movement of the body and control of the breath. They lead to significantly improved flexibility, cardiovascular control, and balance. Further, these practices are physically rewarding but challenging, contributing to overall wholistic health.

The purpose of our studio is not to create flexible individuals, but healthy people. While Yoga is great by itself, combining it with fitness-focused sessions is the perfect pairing. Yoga helps us extend our health span and movement, while fitness helps us see improvements every day life and mood. This is why we implement various pre-practice fitness classes to help us grow wholistically.

While our focus is on Yoga and Fitness, we also believe that other factors such as diet, sleep, and consistency are incredibly important.
